About the Artist

Stephen Williams grew up in Eugene, Oregon and moved to San Francisco in the late 80s. Having studied watercolor, photography, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture, he channels most of his creative effort these days into acrylic painting. With an emphasis on color, Mr. Williams explores a range of styles, subject matters, and moods while always emphasizing the painterly record of the brush and hand.
